Chia seed oil is especially good for its moisturizing effects. It contains vitamins A and E, which contribute to the regeneration of the skin. With a long-term use, chia is known for its ability to reduce wrinkles, heal cracks, reduce skin irregularities and the appearance of circles under the eyes. It contains zinc, so its repeated application helps with the appearance of acne and stabilizes oily skin. It is an effective ingredient in hair masks and packs, as it restores hair structure, adds softness and healthy shine. It prevents the formation of scars and promotes the regeneration of stretch marks.

To use: apply 2-3 drops of the product to the palm of your hand, warm it in your palm and then gently massage into the skin. Use alone or under your favorite cream (ideally with another natural beauty product for an overall boost of extra hydration for your skin).
