Complaints procedure

In case of a complaint, we will try to accommodate you and resolve the matter promptly. Please follow the following conditions to ensure a quick and successful complaint handling:


If the goods you have received from us are defective, non-functional or damaged, please notify us of the defects as soon as possible by email to vivacoweb@seznam.cz, or by telephone or by registered letter without undue delay. The complaint must contain a description of the defects found and their manifestations. However, please report the defects found within a minimum of three days, including the date of receipt of delivery, where the terms of the complaint will be agreed with you. After the expiry of the three-day complaint period, the complaint will not be taken into account.

In accordance with Act No. 367/2000 of 14 September 2000, the purchaser may return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason - however, the goods must be sent to the address of the seller, i.e. Vivaco, s.r.o., Technologická 924/19, 779 00 Olomouc. The goods must be in their original packaging including the proof of purchase (receipt), complete and undamaged. The warranty period starts from the date of dispatch of the goods.



Complaints, including the removal of defects, will be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless the seller and the buyer agree on a longer period.


The warranty period does not apply to defects caused by unprofessional or careless handling.


You return the goods at your own expense. Goods cannot be returned on delivery, any goods returned in this way will not be accepted by the seller. If these conditions are met, the buyer will be refunded the amount of money within approximately 10 days of receipt of the returned goods (the amount paid for postage is not refundable). If any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the withdrawal from the consumer contract and the goods will be returned at the cost of the sender.


In the event that the goods claimed by the buyer are not defective or are not covered by the warranty, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with the shipping and handling of the claim process. The Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation of the products, functional characteristics and damages from the unprofessional use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and faulty handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty.
