Pink Himalayan bath salt

Pink Himalayan salt is obtained from a salt mine in the Khewra region in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is over 250 million years old and the purity of the NaCl salt content is one of the highest in the world = 98% NaCl. In addition, it contains minerals important for the body such as iron, manganese, calcium, which give the salt its unique pink colour.
A cleansing bath prepared with Himalayan salt utilizes the pure natural power of minerals to detoxify and regenerate the body. The warming bath perfectly relaxes muscles and stiff joints, improves blood circulation and lightly tones the skin. Salt bath in Himalayan salt (ideally called brine), relieves the symptoms of eczema (e.g. psoriasis) and activates self-healing processes of the body. Himalayan salt is a pure natural product with more than 80 minerals (magnesium, bromides, copper, etc.).

Use: For a warming bath, dissolve 3-4 tablespoons of the salt in water at a temperature of approximately 38°C. To make a brine, add 100 g of salt to 20 litres of water.
